After completing the enterprise registration, registering changes to enterprise registration information, the enterprise will be issued an Enterprise Registration Certificate and a Certificate of changes to enterprise registration information. The issuance of these certificates must be carried out within the time limit prescribed by law.
Pursuant to Article 33 of Decree 01/2021, ND-CP stipulating the time limit for issuance of the Enterprise Registration Certificate and the Certificate of changes to enterprise registration information as follows:
“1. The Business Registration Office shall issue the enterprise registration certificate and certificate of changes to enterprise registration information, and update enterprise registration information on the National Enterprise Registration Database within 03 working days from the receipt of the satisfactory application.
Thus, the time limit for processing and issuing the Enterprise Registration Certificate and Certificate of changes to enterprise registration information is after 03 working days from the receipt of the satisfactory application.
For invalid application, a notice of request for amendment and supplementation of the enterprise registration dossier is required to be sent to the enterprise or its founder within 3 days from receipt of the application.
In case after 3 days from the receipt of the application, if the enterprise or its founder does not have a notice of request for amendment or supplementation of the enterprise registration dossier, the enterprise or its founder has the right to denunciate and complain.
