Regarding the decision or notification of processing a trademark application issued by the competent state agency, the applicant or any organization or individual has the right to complain or sue in court according to provisions of law.
The first trademark complaint is conducted within 90 days from the date the person with the right to complain receives notification of the processing of the trademark application.
The second trademark complaint is conducted within 30 days from the end of the time limit for handling the first complaint and it remains unresolved.
The complaint includes the following contents: information of the complainant, complaint content, evidence, and proposed handling.
