The registration form for collective mark includes the following documents: 02 declarations according to the prescribed form, including the trademark sample, the description of the trademark, and the list of goods and services bearing the trademark.
The description of the trademark in the declaration must clearly state that the registered trademark is a collective mark; constituent elements; the meaning of the trademark; transliteration of words belonging to the group of figurative languages; translation into Vietnamese of words in a foreign language; clearly state the content and meaning of the figure element; if the trademark required protection is a color trademark, it must clearly indicate that requirement and name the colors on the trademark.
The list of goods and services must be clearly stated and arranged according to the International Classification of Goods and Services
The registration application must be consistent: Each application is only required to register a trademark used for one or more goods or services.
