Huyen Vu is the founder of THB Consulting Co., Ltd. With over 16 years of experience working as a lawyer, she has consulted hundreds of clients on a variety of legal areas that mainly focus on Intellectual property, Cooperation and investment, Technology transfer and other relevant disputes. She also cultivated strong relationships with Vietnamese governmental bodies after years of cooperation.
Before founding THB Consulting, Huyen Vu had 13 years of experience working as a lawyer in top leading international law firms in Vietnam including Hogan Lovells Hanoi (Top 10) and Rouse Legal Vietnam.

Phan Thanh

Phan Thanh is the senior counsel of THB Consulting Co., Ltd. Do Ngoc Anh is the senior counsel of THB Consulting Co., Ltd and she joined THB Consulting in 2018 with 14 years of experience offering legal consulting services relating to Investment, Commercial transactions, Banking and finance, Corporate governance and compliance, Cross-border corporate restructuring, M&A, and all dispute settlement especially mentioning Arbitration and litigation.
Do Ngoc Anh has also been the managing director of Loseby Law Firm founded in 2012. Before that, she had been the tax assistant manager of corporate tax services at KPMG Vietnam from 2014 to 2017.

Nguyen Kieu Oanh is the head of Intellectual Property and Corporate of THB Consulting Co., Ltd.
